Scope

These terms apply to the Basic, Silver and Gold packages that Gestioninmo Soluciones, S.L. offers to businesses, whether ordered directly or included with advertising in our magazine or at Cita.

Ordering

The business requests a package through the form. The contract starts when we confirm by email and activate the package.

Prices and payment

Basic €20, Silver €50 and Gold €75 per month, plus IGIC. Invoiced monthly unless agreed otherwise. Packages included with advertising cost nothing extra while that advertising runs.

Duration and cancellation

Packages are monthly and renew automatically. The business can cancel at any time by email, effective at the end of the paid month. After cancellation the listing may remain on AskGranCanaria.com as a free listing, without the package benefits; posts already published stay on our channels.

Order in the lists

Each list has 3 featured spots, shared fairly among the Gold businesses of that list every day: those who have gone longest without being featured go first. There can be more Gold businesses than spots. After them come all other businesses by package (Gold, Silver, Basic, no package); within each package the order changes every day. In AskGranCanaria.com search results relevance comes first and, with equal relevance, the package.

Business content

The business guarantees that the information, texts and photos it gives us or publishes in its account are correct and that it has the right to use them. It allows us to publish them on AskGranCanaria.com, GranCanariaPromotions.com and our social channels for the duration of the contract and, for posts already published, afterwards as well.

We may edit or remove content that is unlawful, misleading or contrary to these terms.

Business account

Access is personal, using links sent to the authorised email address. Changes go live immediately and are logged. The business is responsible for changes made from its account.

No guaranteed results

Nobody can guarantee what an AI assistant or search engine will answer. We make sure the business's information is complete, correct and easy for them to read, but we don't guarantee rankings, mentions or visits.

Advertising is labelled

Featured businesses are labelled as such, and links of businesses with a package are marked as sponsored, as required by law and by search engine guidelines.

Liability and applicable law

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the package in the last 12 months, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Spanish law applies; the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria have jurisdiction.
